Tottenham duo Harry Kane and Heung-min Son became the new owners of a Premier League record on Saturday, owing to their exploits in the club’s meeting with Leeds United.

Antonio Conte’s troops of course returned to action a short time ago.

A dominant display ultimately culminated in the north Londoners emerging on the right side of a 4-0 scoreline, to climb back within four points of the Premier League’s top-4.

Matt Doherty was the man to open the afternoon’s scoring at Elland Road, before all of Dejan Kulusevski, Harry Kane and Heung-min Son too got in on the act, to round out a fine day’s work for Conte’s troops:

This came in the form of the visitors’ 4th, as Harry Kane laid on attacking partner in crime Heung-min Son:

In the process, Tottenham’s long-time star pair secured for themselves sole ownership of the record for most goals ever combined for in the Premier League, breaking their tie with another pair of London-based icons, in the form of Chelsea pair Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba:
