Chelsea head into this evening’s match with Dinamo Zagreb safe in the knowledge that whatever happens, they will finish top of their Champions League group.
After losing their first group stage fixture against tonight’s Croatian opponents back in September, Graham Potter has worked his magic to guide Chelsea to the summit of group E with three wins and a draw.
Attention will turn to the Champions League round of 16 draw which takes place next week where Chelsea will learn their post-Christmas European fate.
But who exactly are the teams that Chelsea could play when the last 16 draw is made?

Which teams could Chelsea play in the round of 16 draw?
As group winners, Chelsea will be seeded and cannot be drawn against fellow group winners.
Instead, they will be drawn against one of the eight teams who finished as runners-up in the group stage.
Club Brugge, Inter Milan, Eintracht Frankfurt, Borussia Dortmund have all been confirmed as group runners-up meaning that Chelsea could be drawn against one of these sides in the Champions League round of 16.

Meanwhile, one of Real Madrid and Leipzig will finish second in group F, whilst either PSG or Benfica will claim the runners-up spot in group H.
Chelsea cannot be drawn against AC Milan or one of the other English clubs in the last 16.
When are the round of 16 matches?
The Champions League round of 16 games will take place across February and March 2023.
The first legs will be held on February 14, 15, 21 and 22, while the return legs will take place on March 7, 8, 14 and 15.
The specific dates for each club will be announced shortly after the draw has been made.
When is the Champions League round of 16 draw?
The Champions League round of 16 draw is scheduled to get underway from 11am GMT on Monday, November 7.
The ceremony will be staged at UEFA’s House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.
