Arsenal have suffered a major injury blow with striker Gabriel Jesus ruled out until December, according to reports.
It was believed that Jesus was ‘making good progress’ in his recovery from a hamstring problem and could have featured in Saturday’s Premier League clash against Newcastle United.
But in a twist, Jesus’ camp are now targeting a return to fitness for the beginning of December, according to The Sun.
That means that Jesus is set to miss the upcoming match at Newcastle this weekend as well as a home game against Burnley and a trip to Brentford in the top-flight.
Jesus will also likely be absent from Arsenal’s Champions League fixtures against Sevilla and RC Lens at the Emirates.
