Chelsea supporters turned on Mauricio Pochettino during their 2-2 draw with Brentford on Saturday.
Nicolas Jackson gave Chelsea the lead in the first half at the Gtech Community Stadium as he met Malo Gusto’s excellent cross from the right flank to head low past Mark Flekken.
Brentford equalised early in the second half as Mads Roerslev capitalised on another hapless display of Chelsea defending to score from close range.
Chelsea then fell behind in the 69th minute as Yoane Wissa found the net with a brilliant acrobatic effort.
It got even worse for Pochettino after Brentford went in front as Chelsea fans began to sing the names of Roman Abramovich and Jose Mourinho, while for the first time, the chant of ‘f*** off, Mauricio’ could be heard from supporters.
Axel Disasi rescued a draw for Chelsea as he headed in Cole Palmer’s cross with eight minutes to go.
But the draw leaves Chelsea 11th in the Premier League table, while Pochettino will now face further questions surrounding his future at Stamford Bridge.
