England began their FIFA World Cup 2022 group stage campaign in style with a comprehensive win against Iran earlier this week.

Goals from Jude Bellingham, Bukayo Saka, Raheem Sterling, Marcus Rashford and Jack Grealish helped the Three Lions to a 6-2 victory to put them in a commanding position in Group B.

Gareth Southgate’s men now turn their attention to their second group fixture against the USA, knowing that three points against the Americans will be enough to book their spot in the round of 16.

Find out when England play at the World Cup in Qatar and how to watch on TV.

When do England play at the World Cup?

England’s next game will be against the USA on Friday, November 25 at 7pm.

The match will be held at the Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor, which hosted the opening match of the tournament between Qatar and Ecuador.

England will then face Wales in their final group game on Tuesday, November 29.

Kick-off will be 7pm at the Ahmad bin Ali Stadium in Al Rayyan.

What TV channel will the England games be on?

The Three Lions’ match with the USA will be shown live on ITV1, with coverage getting underway from 6.05pm.

The clash with the Americans will also be available to live stream on ITVX and the ITV Hub.

Meanwhile, England’s crunch home nations derby with Wales will be broadcast on BBC One from 6pm.

Fans will be able to live stream the game on the BBC iPlayer.

Who and when could England play in the knockout rounds?

Should England make it out of Group B, they will take on one of Qatar, Ecuador, Senegal or the Netherlands from Group A in the round of 16.

If they finish first in the group, they will face the runners-up from Group A on Sunday, December 4.

However, a second placed finish for England will see them play the Group A winners on Saturday, December 3.

If England make it through to the round of 16 as group winners, they could be set for a clash with France on Saturday, December 10 in the quarter-finals assuming Didier Deschamps’ side overcome one of Argentina, Mexico, Poland or Saudi Arabia in their last 16 tie.

England would then likely face the winners of Groups F and H – Belgium or Portugal – in the semi-final on Wednesday, December 14.

And if the Three Lions make it all the way to final, they would likely face Brazil, Spain or Germany for a shot at World Cup glory on Sunday, December 18.
